1. Inquiry & Requirement Discussion

Once you contact us, we begin by understanding your project requirements in detail. Our team reviews your designs, product specifications, target market, and customization needs. We provide professional guidance on fabric selection, construction methods, printing, embroidery, and finishing options to align your concept with manufacturing feasibility.

2. Design Development & Tech Pack Creation

After initial discussion, our product development team works on converting your ideas into detailed technical specifications. This includes pattern development, measurement sheets, stitching details, and customization guidelines.

We help establish a strong technical foundation for your designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and smooth production.

3. Fabric, Trim Sourcing & Sample Development

Once the tech pack is finalized, we proceed with sourcing fabrics and trims from our trusted network of suppliers and mills. This includes knitted, woven, fleece, and performance fabrics along with zippers, buttons, labels, and other accessories.

Our sample unit then develops a prototype based on your approved design. Samples can be shared physically or via photos and video for review. Any required adjustments in fit, fabric, print, or detailing are refined before moving to bulk production.

4. Bulk Production

After sample approval and order confirmation, we begin bulk manufacturing. Fabric is cut according to approved patterns, and production is carried out by skilled stitching teams specializing in different garment sections.

Each stage is closely monitored to ensure consistency with the approved sample. Standard lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.

5. Quality Control & Packaging

Quality is maintained through a multi-stage inspection process. Raw materials are checked before production, in-line inspections are conducted during manufacturing, and final inspections are performed after finishing.

Each garment is carefully reviewed, trimmed, and packed according to export standards to ensure it meets client expectations.

6. Global Delivery

Once packed, your order is prepared for international shipment through our logistics partners. We ensure safe and timely delivery to your destination, whether by air or sea freight.
